We went on the 6h VW Beetle Cabrio tour with guide Placido and enjoyed the day from many perspectives - open air driving, knowledgeable guide, good roads, views during the drive, pace of journey with good arrangement of stops and stories. Positively unexpected was the variety of nature on this island and bits of history which we would not see or hear without the trip and inputs from Placido. We loved the atmosphere and the whole experience was very enjoyable! Muchas gracias!

We were picked up at our resort by Placido our guide for the afternoon and evening ride in the convertible tour. During the ride to our starting point our guide told us in a fascinating way about what to expect. Arriving at our starting point we completed the formalities and received instructions about the car. The adventure is about to begin. Placido shows himself to be a responsible driver and leader in the tour, but keeps the pace going. This makes it a safe and sporty ride. First we drive to warm up a fairly easy stretch of road, so that you get a good feel for the road with the car you are driving in. Then we go into the mountains and it becomes a bit more steering work and you come across the necessary hairpin bends followed by a break in which Placido asks if you are having fun and how the driving is going. When everyone indicates that the driving is going well, a somewhat heavier test comes. More steep uphill and narrower paths. Really super fun! After reaching the highest point and a short break, the trip continues in the descent via a different route. Finally the tour ends at a perfect location for a sunset with a picnic provided by Placido. After returning to the starting point we talk a bit and Placido brings us back to our resort. All in all a very successful trip and a great experience a big and well deserved 10+ if you ask me.

What a fantastic day. lots of beautiful scenery was picked up from our hotel by our guide Placdio, who was very knowledgeable and explained about driving on the roads, etc. We got into our beetle it wasn't a very warm day to start with, so we didn't take the roof off, but take a jumper or jacket with you as it's quite cold as you get the top. We stopped for brunch and had lovely beef and chicken long rolls as there were only two of us, which they cut in half, so we could try both the food was great made fresh not what we was expecting as with other day trips we have been on. The views are breathtaking, and we were told the history of the island, and at each stop, we were told information about the area. This is definitely a 5* trip to do well worth the money you won't be disappointed

An amazing experience. The whole family loved the drive up through mountains with amazing views, finishing with spectacular sunset. The guide, Plecido was so nice, informative and made following him so easy. The kids loved the car too. Highly recommend.

We had a really good day out in the vw beetle, Isabella was a great guide. Only two other couples in are group so didn’t feel rushed or too hectic. Would definitely recommend.
