Fantastic Glowworm and Caving Experience

We had a fantastic experience with Ash. We were in a group of 6, so a really nice size. I was a little nervous about the caving element as I am quite scared of heights. However, I felt really supported and wasn't rushed at any point. The glowworms themselves were absolutely magical. We sat in the cave and they just started to slowly appear across the roof of the cave. It was really nice to be in a small group setting and see them in this environment, especially when it was explained that excess noise could disturb and stress them. I would wholeheartedly recommend the experience. We wanted to do something off the beaten track and whilst the experience is obviously popular, it felt like this is what we got.

One of the best tours we've ever done. You have to do this.

Wow, was this ever a great trip. Ash runs a great tour. He is patient, funny, kind and knowledgeable. This is the epitome of a fantastic family business. The tour though the caves and glowworm viewing was exceptional. You spend high quality time in total darkness soaking the experience in. Can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely incredible experience!!! Ash was a hilarious, patient, and knowledgeable guide who made this once in a lifetime experience better than imagined. It was a true adventure climbing rocks and squeezing through crevices throughout the cave!! A must do in New Zealand

Great time we spent with Ash and the team. Really off-the-beaten track, usually you don't hike in a cave and wade in a cave river, looking for glowing worms.
