Overview

Pack your swimsuit and get ready to have all your senses stimulated during this half day at Xenses Park. Take part in 15 different activities that challenge each of your senses in different ways. Enter the Way of Dwarfs and Giants to use your logic; visit the XĂ­trico Garden to awaken your senses of smell and taste. Spend five hours having fun by land, water, air, and underground. Your tour includes round-trip transport from CancĂşn, Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen, entrance fees to the park, and use of amenities like locker rooms.

- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - We ... would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. The time shown on your ticket is not the time at which you will be picked up. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Priority Access: It means that, upon your pickup you must present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID to allow you to board the bus. On the bus you will obtain the bracelet for entering into the park skipping the ticket office line. - If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 15 minutes early at the assigned location. The time shown on your ticket is not the time at which you will be picked up. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret. Set free your sensations at an incredible half day park that takes you through two paths of unique activities in more than 50 fantastic scenarios. Hearing, sight, smell, touch, taste and many others senses you are about to discover will show you that at Xenses, nothing is what it seems!   • Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
  • It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
  • Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Children mus be accompanied by an adult all the time.
  • The Voucher schedule is informative. Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
  • The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
  • Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.
  • All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

Good spot pictures

It's actually a very small place, but there are plenty of places to take good photos, So don't forget to bring your camera, there are also some places where you will get wet, so don't forget your swimsuit.

Xenses was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend it. Pick up was very timely and professional. The only drawback was the long wait at the transfer area. It was held up by late passengers. The park itself was an unforgettable experience. Short and sweet. Good to explore in a couple of hours. Drop off was efficient.

Fantastic morning out!

We visited Xenses a couple of days ago and we absolutely loved it! Such a unique and wonderful experience. I would say the photo package is an absolute must, so many different photo opportunities and they create great memories! A couple of things I would say, it was hot. And I mean sweltering hot, only air con available was the bus where you could eat so that was very much welcomed. I would wear swimwear all the way round with a cover up, we didn’t realise that the bird flight and slides etc were at the top of the town. The town can make you quite disorientated (and in my case very nauseous) and we had to do it twice as we didn’t have our swimwear on the first time round. The whole experience was amazing, lots of little things and even going to the toilet is fun! It took us around 3 hours to complete and we enjoyed every second. The only negative I have is that the food was awful, I had a pizza and it was gross, however my partner had a beef burrito and said it was ok. A must visit if you’re in Mexico and want some fun!

This park was amazing. The way they play with your senses is incredible. They have a pitch dark tunnel where you move based on touch, sound and smell. It is TOTALLY worth it. They have a town where it looks like you are going up hill but feels you are going down hill. The flight of the bird zip line and the slide was really fun. Definitely to enjoy with your whole family.

Xenses was absolutely beyond incredible. There were so many crazy new things to try and experience. I wasn't going to get in the mud river because I didn't want to get all dirty and. friend talked me into it! So glad I tried everything!!!!
