    Experience the largest museum of ancient Egyptian art with its treasures of Egypt's great past.

  • Pyramids of Giza

    Marvel at the last existing wonder of the world - a fabulous experience! Ride a camel around the pyramids and step onto the ground that the ancient Egyptians walked on thousands of years ago. At the end of the trip you might visit a perfume factory or a papyrus factory, depending on the time left.

    Afterwards, your mind needs some rest. You can, for example, relax with a boat trip on the Nile and discover Cairo from the water.

    If the return flight from Cairo is late in the evening, we will spend some time visiting the London of the Middle Ages (Khan el Klalili market), Old Cairo, recently added to the UNESCO World Heritage list, or Cairo Festival City, an extra-large shopping mall (air-conditioned), one of the largest in the Middle East. Full of the most famous international brands, restaurants, cafes and a huge colorful dancing fountain, where you will be drawn to Cairo's chic, modern nightlife.

    If we have time, we can make two characteristic visits to the Papyrus Museum and the Essential Oil Factory. These two attractions will familiarize you with the ancient Egyptian techniques for producing papyrus and essences. These two interesting visits will increase your knowledge of daily life in ancient Egypt and will also be useful to the Egyptian farmers who work in these sectors and preserve these very old handicrafts from ancient Egypt. (These visits depend on the time remaining.)

Fabulous Experience with a Wonderful Guide!

From start to finish this trip was wonderful.... everything running like clockwork from the hotel uplift early in the morning till the drop off back to the hotel later in the evening. The Pyramids/ Sphinx were spectacular as was the museum and the sail down the Nile (with a lunch in the middle). Our guide, Ahmed was such a lovely man who knew the subject matter inside out.... he wasn't only a guide, but was very much 'part of the group' and obviously thrives in his role, really enhancing our already incredible experience. A trip not to be missed if you've never been before.

Fabulous trip with Book Tour Egypt

This was a really well organised trip. The company kept in touch to ensure the plane trip was easy and hassle free. We were met by a guide and driver in Cairo. The trip itself was amazing, all stops were fantastic and our guide 'Fahme' was so knowledgeable and knew all the best places for taking pictures. The Nile trip was an optional extra, well worth the 10 euros. I would not hesitate in using Book Tour Egypt in the future, messages are answered promptly and trips are great value for money.

Fantastically well organised tour! From booking a couple of months ago to the actual day the communication was excellent. Communicated via what’s app which was perfect as I had a eSIM. All instructions ie check in at airport and pick up times clearly communicated. Support even at 230am ! At each step we knew where to be and who was taking care of us . The tour guide Fame ( not sure of spelling apologies) as knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We didn’t feel rushed at all at any stage. He took fantastic pictures all day. Also a very well known guide in all attractions which meant many of the sellers didn’t bother us all day, but we were also able to buy whatever we wanted without pressure. We were delayed by the airline ( nothing to do with tour of course) however our driver was still waiting for us and offered to take us for food as he realised our hotel restaurant would be closed . All in all a fantastic tour and would highly recommend!
