Overview

In a historic residence from the 1800s on a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Sorrento where you will breathe in the smell of the sea together with our history and culinary traditions. A real experience in the preparation of real Neapolitan pizza and fresh homemade pasta respecting the customs and traditions of our traditions, all cooking together with our chef.

Itinerary

In a magical context of a historic residence from the 19th century on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Sorrento they will learn to prepare the classic dishes of our tradition, starting by kneading the real Neapolitan pizza and then continuing with the typical Sorrento artisanal pasta, Caprese ravioli, tiramisu at limoncello demonstration of the preparation of limoncello and then tasting together. All this with excellent local wines, limoncello and lots of music. Please inform well in advance if there are people with intolerances so that we can provide them.

The BEST experience in Sorrento!

This was a 10 star experience! By far the BEST “date” night we have ever had. Vincenzo is the most inviting and warmest host you will ever meet. He not only walks you through how to make pizza, ravioli, and tiramisu, but shared the “why” behind why he prepares the food the way he does (spoiler alert…family secrets!). Coming from someone who is in the travel industry, I will be recommending Vincenzo’s class to all of my clientele. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the cooking class. Vincenzo was an extraordinary host, chef, and teacher. His passion for both cooking and Sorrento was evident from the start, and he made sure every moment was filled with love, laughter, and learning. Vincenzo and Gina were excellent! So much fun and true Italian cooking at its finest. We made pizza dough, pasta (ravioli) and tiramisu. Beautiful view from his kitchen and terrace. Highly recommend!

A wonderful evening spent cooking and learning about how the food is grown and prepared. We were picked up from the hotel and the Enzo was a wonderful and knowledgeable host. The food was delicious and we left full and happy, with plans on trying out the recipes as soon as we get home.

This was a once in a life time cooking class in a private home. The home has the most amazing view of the sea where you prepare your pasta and pizza. Highly recommend!
