Amazing tour!! Our driver/guide, Werner, although a German immigrant, was very knowledgeable about what we would see on the tour route and shared many anecdotal stories about the area during the tour. Although the tour was quite chilly (November tour) the tour company provided lap blankets to help stave off being too cold. My wife and I feel the tour is worth every dollar spent. We learned a lot more about the Grand Canyon and the area on this 3 hour tour than we would have learned on our own over several weeks.

Werner was a wealth of information. We fondly remember D.U.D.E and have shared what we learned with family & friends. We had ample time to take photos (he's a great photographer, too!) and enjoy parts of the canyon that most folks never see. The Sunset was spectacular at the end of our tour. Hang on to your hats, it's a fun ride!

The backroad wildlife we saw was great! We saw javalinas which were super cute and a giant herd of elks who stood by our vehicle for a long while as we stared at each. Our guide, Werner face information about the area was great with fun facts and stories to make it memorable. It was recommended to do it early on in your visit, but we saved it till our last day and loved it all the same.

Our trip was so much fun. Our guide Patrick was knowledgeable and entertaining. He acknowledged each person on the trip. He provided blankets as it was cold that day. I would totally recommend this outing to anyone.

Such a great experience to skip the park entrance lines and take the woods to the canyon. Tyler was our guide and was so informative and entertaining. Highly recommend the sunset tour.
