I took my friend on this tour and we had a great time. Cliff is as knowledgeable as he is friendly. I enjoyed being able to taste the raw ingredients and learn a bit about how to discern them in the beer itself.

Clif provided a really interesting explanation of the strange and unique history of craft beer in Berlin, and the tour was very enjoyable!

We had a great time with Cliff on his Beer Tour in December 2024. Cliff is engaging, funny, and open to questions/discussion. He has that type of personality where you feel like he has been a friend for years, making the whole experience feel like a night out with friends. His tour was our first tour of our vacation and so when we had future tours, whenever we discussed what we learned from Cliff, we had multiple guides say to us that we must have had a great tour guide because of our knowledge of German beer and Craft not-beer (take the tour and you will know what that means). Highly recommend taking this tour!

This tour was fantastic. Chris was an excellent guide that had so much information about beer and the culture. We had a great time, laughs, beer and the best slice of pizza. What more could you want!

This was the best tour I've ever been on. I've never been one to leave reviews, but Clif really deserves it. I highly recommend making this one of the first things you do in the city, as our guide was a fantastic resource for the rest of our trip. I'm not necessarily a beer connoissieur, but Clif gave us the tools to appreciate beer while recommending some of the best tasting drinks I've had! He clearly wants you to have a good time. As he gets to know you and members of your tour, your tour will change. He will give you something you're used to, and something that will open your mind to a whole other side of your pallette. All while taking you through the history of craft beer in the city, as well as highlighting the side of Berlin that tourists don't always get to see (in the best way possible). He has a great relationship with all of the breweries he takes you to, and will do his best to ensure you have a good time. At the end he recommended other things we should do in the city, which included the best meal on our trip! THANK YOU CLIF! If I ever go back to Berlin, I know I can count on this guy to give me a completely new and unique experience.
