    Balcoes is a 1500 metes walk on a levada and when you reach there you will be surprise this view point on middle of forest you ca also see different of kind of lovely birds .we will by pass a café and restaurant facilities eat drink and WC. too

    Green mountains that extend to the blue depths of the sea: this is how you can describe the scenery that visitors to Miradouro da Portela, Madeira, have access to. Located at an altitude of 670 meters, it offers a breath taking view.

  • Pico do Facho viewpoint

    Positioned overlooking the Machico valley, the Pico do Facho Viewpoint offers visitors a panoramic view of great beauty. It is one of the most privileged places to admire the east coast of the island of Madeira. This observatory is located on a path that, before reaching the Caniçal tunnel, goes to the summit of Pico do Facho. It is a space with a lot of historical symbolism for the region: given its elevation, in other times large bonfires were lit here when it was necessary to alert the population to the arrival of enemy vessels.

Aggie our guide was very friendly and made our first time visit to Madeira so easy and informative. Good communication throughout booking process and the pick up day. Many hotel location for pick up available. We were given options of car and timing for comfort. During the tour day, plenty of time for each spot and good organisation made the 4 hour drive go smoothly.
