Overview

ACCOMMODATION AS DETAILED IN THE ITINERARY 1. Flying doctors services in East Africa. (In case of emergency) 2. All meals noted in the itinerary. Each day generally includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner buffets consisting of both western and local dishes. 3. Transportation in standard game viewing safari vehicle complete with pop-up roof for easy viewing and photography. 4. Every passenger is guaranteed a window seat. 5. Itinerary

  • Lake Elementaita

    Morning picked up from the airport/ hotel with a short briefing and driven to depart for Lake Elementaita National Park. On arrival you get a welcome drink and shown to your room. After lunch take a late afternoon guided leisure walk along the bird rich lake. Lake Elmenteita is a soda lake, in the Great Rift Valley, about 120 km northwest of Nairobi, Kenya. The Salt Lake is known for its rich avifauna, among other huge concentrations of Greater and Lesser flamingos. End up at the hot-spring for a relaxing dip. Return to the lodge for dinner and campfire thereafter. Accommodation at Jacaranda Lake Elementaita Lodge.

  • Lake Nakuru National Park

    You will wake up, have your morning breakfast then depart to Lake Nakuru National Park one of the best national parks in Kenya given that it has one of the Rift Valley soda Lakes. On arrival you get a welcome and shown to your room. After lunch take a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, which is well known as bird lover’s hub because of the numerous birds that make home in this park. Lake Nakuru kenya Park is home to over 400 bird species including the flamingos that live on the lake and in the park’s savannah grasslands. The bird species include but not limited to African Fish Eagle, Slender-billed greenbul, Long-tailed widowbird, Rufous-throated wryneck, Montane white-eye, Red-capped lark, Northern puffback, Rüppell’s robin-chat, Shining sunbird and many more.   • Maasai Mara National Reserve

    Have an early morning breakfast then drive through the Great Rift Valley on to Kenya's premier wildlife reserve. In the afternoon, we will arrive in the area, and get settled at our safari lodge, our base during our time here. Then we'll head out for a late afternoon game viewing drive. With excellent chances of seeing the Big Five animals which are lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino. The varied wildlife and natural environment come together to provide a spectacular safari experience.   • Maasai Mara National Reserve

    In the morning after a long and sound full sleep, tea or coffee and cookies will be served in the campsite. You'll then set out for a full day game drive in the reserve. Amazing family vacation!!

We have been planning this trip with Abongo for almost three weeks as we had postponed twice for unavoidable reasons and so it was a huge relief that we finally did it. I must say that we were very glad that we chose Silver Spark Africa because they’ve treated us to the most wonderful safari experience. Maasai Mara is a beautiful place with incredible attractions and nice people with their heritage culture. Each day brought new adventure in the parks or while visiting local tribes. There were so many exciting experiences that had our teens on the edge of their seats. If you are thinking of a Kenya safari go with Silver Spark Safari company and you will not be disappointed.
