Coby as our tour guide made the tour absolutely amazing! Even though it does take quite a bit to get to the different places, it didn't feel very long, since Coby gave up lots of information, not only about the places, but about Korea and Seoul itself. He went out of his way to take really awesome pictures of us as a family. And gave super great food and restaurant recommendations. All in all Coby was the perfect guide for this tour! The places were also great, especially the railbike ride and nami island. For later we even got to go by speed boat which was totally awesome.

Jordan is a deba (amazing) tour guide! He kept us entertained throughout the entire tour. I highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a fun and informative tour guide.

Joon did good job as tour guide. However, the agency itinerary could have given more time for Alpaca World and Nami Island. The ride to Gangnamdo from Hongdae, Seoul was three hours long but the ride back was only about an hour. If somehow the time can be adjusted then the guests would not have to rush thru the first two attractions. Because of the tight schedule, we were late from Alpaca World since everyone exchanges their stamps for stickers at the Art Shop at the same time when they leave. That’s an unexpected delay. Nami Island is rushed because the agency cannot miss their appointments for the Rail Park. They leave people behind at Nami if the guests are late. Alternatively since there are so many restaurants that serve the same dish 닭갈비 at lunch, maybe split up the groups to different restaurants so there is less delay from waiting in line to pay at the counter. Or simply schedule the rail bike appointment one hour later.

Mia was a fantastic guide with enthusiasm which made the tour much more enjoyable. We especially enjoyed Nami Island where we could cycle around the beautiful island.

We joined this tour through Klook. This full-day tour will take you to the Alpaca World, Nami Island, and the Railbike in a day. Alpaca World - is a must-visit attraction in Seoul which is not easy to assessable by public transport unless joining the tour or drive by yourself. Our tour guide - Max Kim was very professional. He is really friendly speak in fluent English and Chinese and a bit Cantonese as well. He did recommended a very nice spicy fried chicken restaurant in which the tour is not including lunch. He also recommended some nice restaurants in Seoul which make our trip more enjoyable.
