Was a bit nervous about coming today after reading reviews of last weekend, but we had a great day. Arrived at 10 and got on everything we wanted to (including nemesis twice, oblivion, wicker man, the smiler, galatica etc) by 6:30pm. Would’ve stayed until 8pm as the rides and whole park looked so atmospheric all lit up in the dark but our feet ached after clocking up 25,000 steps! The entire day, every single staff member we encountered from the way in, the rides (especially the runaway train lady- my daughter went on it 6 times in a row she loved it so much!), the sealife bit (“Blue Chelsea” was so knowledgeable and fun), and the restaurant to the staff on the way out were so helpful and friendly and really helped make the day more positive, despite the cold. Even when a couple of rides went down, it wasn’t for long and we managed to get on them later. All in all we had a great day out, and wanted to thank all the staff.
