The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience

On this tour, you will learn the historic production process of Appleton Estates’ Rums. You will see earlier methods used to remove juice from sugarcane, learn about the distillation process in their 200-year-old pot stills and visit one of the Estate’s barrel houses where rums age to excellence. Throughout the tour, you get to taste molasses and freshly squeezed sugar cane juice.

A very long trip but made pleasurable due to a fantastic driver. He was very attentive to planning breaks along the way to make the time go by faster. He made u feel safe in driving u to the destination.

Worth a visit! Excellent tour, excellent staff, excellent facilities and most importantly great cocktails. The tour guide made the tour fun and had so much spirit it was infectious. She interacted very well with the group regardless of age.
