Our tour guide was awesome, he communicated with us and tell us the history of each location we visited. He also gave us options allowing us to chose where to go first and provided recommendations. When arriving at paces that require lining up, he would tell us to wait and went to grab tickets for us. We never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Everything was very well organised, no waiting needed other than waiting to take photos when the location is busy. Loved the tour, it allowed us as a first time visitor to experience many side of Bali in one day.

Pakis was a great guide and driver. He was very nice and took the best pictures and videos. There is alot of traffic so you have to be patient and the most popular areas there is a queue for photos. We waited 4hr for Gate of Heaven photo but it was worth it. We didn't make it to the cave waterfall but we still had a great time and got nice pictures.

We absolutely loved our tour guide Pakis! He was happy to answer all of our questions and just a nice, easygoing, young guy. His vehicle was also very luxurious and comfortable, and he was super helpful and flexible with our plans. We had seen the Coffee plantation already, so he helped us get to see Besakih (The Mother Temple) because we hadn’t had an opportunity the day before. This experience was the highlight of the entire trip for me! I will definitely be booking with this business again next time I visit and be recommending to my friends!
