Avon Valley (Pass By)

We fly all across the valley area, depending on the wind direction on the day. The Avon River and all the farming area it bathes is the location we conduct the flights. We fly at dawn so you will see the area in the best early morning light. This is a fantastic experience to share with family, friends or with a special person. The peaceful adventure is one that carries, still today, the romanticism of this ancient sport. Ballooning was the first means by which humankind managed to fly and this spirit is somehow maintained in what now are very modern aircraft. You will not feel height sick in a balloon flight, quite the contrary, you will be surprised at how tranquil the whole experience is.

Wonderful flight with the highly skilled pilot, Nick, in command & his organised team. Everything ran like clockwork-from pre-flight briefs to pickup & instructions. We had a glorious sunrise & fabulous views & were well-briefed for our landing. It was great being able to help with the whole operation too-folding up the balloon etc. Then back to Northam for a tasty breakfast to complete the experience. Highly recommend Liberty for a balloon flight. Can’t wait to go again!
