Nestled 3mi (5 km) from the village center of Bolgheri, you're just a 10-minute drive from this unique wine tasting opportunity. "Terre del Marchesato" is one of the oldest wineries of Bolgheri. The tour offers the chance to visit vineyards, wine cellar and taste premium wines matched with bread and Tuscan extra virgin olive oil: TARABUSO: selection of CABERNET SAUVIGNON in purity. FRANCHESATO: selection of CABERNET FRANC in purity. ALDONE: selection of MERLOT in purity. MAURIZIO FUSELLI: selection of PETIT VERDOT in purity.

Terre del Marchesato

A journey to learn about our family’s history and understand how our prestigious “mono-varietal” wines are born. Experiencing wine with us throughout this journey: The vineyards: the visit starts in our vines, illustrating our history and the “Bolgheri” philosophy and territory. Our intent is to make the guests part of the search and the effort that the company makes daily in order to produce qualitative and natural wines. The Cellar: an introduction on our main winemaking methods. Continuing our experience, you will be guided through the wine cellar in order to understand the working and aging steps without excluding the opportunity of watching live phases regarding the harvest, grape selection, and bottling that may take place the day you visit. A moment of great pleasure, continuing the discovery of our company, enthused by the aroma and flavor of our wines.

Incredible wine tasting experience!

Absolutely brilliant wine tour/tasting. Staff were incredible, especially Serena! The wine was delicious, tour was informative, vineyard itself is stunning. Most importantly, the staff were top notch. We enjoyed every moment and would recommend to anyone looking for a Tuscany wine experience. Thanks again guys! Callum and Nicola (Visited 16th of July)

Excellent guide Serena, knowledgeable and friendly, answering any and all questions. Beautiful vineyard and atmosphere. Great wines and home made olive oil. We enjoyed our tasting SO much! Not only were we made to feel welcomed by Irena, but she did a great job of explaining to a large group (in English and Italian) about the winery and the wine. Our tasting (one classic and one superior) was fantastic - we enjoyed every single wine and we can’t wait to get back to the US to purchase some. When we left the winery, we tasted some other high end wines at an Enoteca in Bolgheri and decided that we liked #TerreDelMarchesato @TerreDelMarchesato better than anything else. Thank you for making our trip worthwhile!

This was a truly amazing experience. We had a very informative tour of the winery with the arborist who showed such passion for his work. The wines were fantastic and we had a food pairing as well that was delicious! Very worth the visit.
