I absolutely loved the Segway tour at night. We went to Margit sziget, we went to the building where I used to live with my girl-friend at the time, Erzsebet, who became my wife for 23 years. We went to so many wonderfully historic areas in Budapest. I will treasure these moments, always.

By chance, my wife and I were the only two guests on this evening tour of Budapest, which allowed our guide to personalize the tour to our preferences. The guide was great, providing insight and objectivity about what we were seeing as well as describing some of his own experiences in the country. Our guide even provided a surprise addition to the tour--a combination concert with water and light show. In addition to the beauty of the event, the light mist from the fountain helped cool us on a very hot July night. It was all so much fun that we raved about it to our fellow passengers on our Viking river cruise.

Hafa was my guide and he made it everything simply and clear for me. As it was my first time on the Segway, I was a little bit anxious, but Hafa encouraged me no with general "well done" sort of things, but with specific kind of what exactly I have done right so I gained confidence within minutes. He was there to help me get on and off with made me feel secure and protected. Regarding the tour, Hafa is a great story teller, when comparing him to other guides I've met in my life, he didn't throw the information in, he made it relevant to me and it felt like I'm getting all the knowledge without being overwhelmed by the quantity of it. He knows many things and he delivers them in a fun and clear way. Hafa made sure I'm having a great time and cared about my legs getting tired. I totally recommend the Segway tour and when you book it, ask for Hafa, you'll not regret it! I believe Segway is a much better option to see the city in comparison to bike or e-scooter, which I also tried.
