Easy way to visit Ranua zoo. Enjoy a visit the Arctic Wildlife Park in Ranua with this convenient round-trip shuttle service from Rovaniemi. You will be picked up from your accommodation and returned back to your place of stay after the trip. Ranua Wildlife Park is located 80 km (49.7 miles) away from Rovaniemi and it takes about an hour to get there. You can use the free Wi-Fi onboard the bus and relax on the journey to Ranua Zoo. Ranua Wildlife Park offers tourists and nearby inhabitants the opportunity to observe arctic animals throughout the year, in an as authentic environment for the animals as possible. The Zoo’s animals consist of approximately 50 wild animal species and 200 individuals, including top predators such as lynx, polar bears, brown bears and wolves but also European moose and deer. Pick up time: 9:30 Santa Clause village, 9:40 City center, 9.50 Ounasvaara district. Duration: 5-6h. Time in the zoo: 3 h. Please note the entry to the zoo is at own expense.

Great visit! Excellent zoo

The pick was on time and friendly. Can’t remember the name of the driver. The zoo is excellent. Dress warmly. Hand warmers definitely recommended at this time of year. Amazing to see the animals and birds out in the cold. No polar bears and the brown bears were hibernating but that was okay. Great trail. Would highly recommend this tour!

This tour was just transportation to and from the Zoo for us and that was flawless. Communication, talking to the driver and the vehicle itself were top. The only thing was that depending on the configuration 3h at the Zoo may feel right

Very happy with this service. The driver collected us from our hotel, was on time and very pleasant. He gave us advice on arrival and waited until we had visited the zoo and had lunch before driving us back to our hotel. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to go to the zoo, it certainly makes for a stress free and comfortable journey, the cost of the tickets for the distance of the drive was worth it.

There are 6 of us planning to go to Ranua zoo from the city centre, then luckily we saw their service. So then we booked a private minibus to the zoo, the driver waited us all the time when we are in zoo. Not to be exaggerate, but should be the best and cheaper way to get to Ranua Zoo among the others!
