So much more than a driver and tour guide

Mr. Kumar created a wonderful first day for us visiting Chennai! He was both a driver and a guide, taking us to places on our list and recommending others definitely important to see and experience. His restaurant recommendation for lunch was perfect—a local favorite not on the tourist map. On top of being our driver and tour guide, he made sure we got a fair deal at Pondy Bazaar and found a place where ai could buy the swim trunks I forgot to pack. Ask him to find fresh local jackfruit sections for you. He was right—it’s the best!

Fabulous Saturday in Chennai with Basha

We had a fabulous day with Basha, who drove and accompanied us to major Chennai attractions. He was very professional and offered historic info that we never would have discovered otherwise. He also pointed out multiple additional landmarks along the drive. There was an unexpected stop at a rug/shawl/jewelry store that got included in the itinerary, but we took it in stride (despite the pushy salespeople). Overall, it was a fantastic day in Chennai and we were thrilled with the sightseeing and driver.
