The tour was chill, the first stop we learned about on the bus, so we had more time for photos and sightseeing in the city. Our tour guide Michelle also took great photo of us! The time at the cenote felt a tad short, but definitely still enough time to swim for maybe 25 minutes. Izamal was also neat, more of an explore at your own vibe and meet back at the bus when you're done. Props to our driver Diego, couldn't have been there with em.

My husband and I had a fantastic day! Denny was a brilliant guide with so much knowledge and energy. He really just wants you to have an amazing day. I felt we spent a decent amount of time at all the stops without feeling rushed or like we were waiting around. Very well organised!

We started out as individuals and ended up a true group of people bonded by the rich tradition, history, and powerful healing energy and wisdom revealed by Danny our Exceptional Tour guide. Danny is a Proud Mayan who translated and transferred the Ancestral knowledge harnessed in Chichen Itza. Organized and energized by the warm weather, Danny and Tony took us to the Healing Waters of the Cenotes to for an hour and then off to lunch. Here, Danny serenaded the group, and we also witnessed customary dance while we ate. The Hacienda Restaurant was like entering 'Paradise' just as Danny noted before entering the tropical oasis. Soon after, we traveled to Izamal! This is where we really bonded as we freely shopped the local goods, enjoyed the park, and homemade ice cream! (A diabetic myself, I can say it was a low glycolic treat! Danny ensured those with seen and unseen health issues were cared for. Danny checked in frequently, and really made sure everyone was immersed in the experience. ¡ VIVA MEXICO!

Our tour guide Annel and our driver Diego was excellent. Annel had a remarkable depth of knowledge of the Mayan culture and the explained the significance of the various temples an other buildings in the city of Chichén Itzá. The Cenote Ik Kil is breathtakingly beautiful. It is open to the sky and looking up while floating in the water was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. If you can only fit one tour in the Merida area into your itinerary, then this is the one I most highly recommend. On a side note I also preferred this specific tour of Chichén Itzá, Cenote Ik Kil and Izamal since it started at 07:00. I could at least get some breakfast before heading to the meeting point. I was back at my Hotel at about 17:30. Still enough time to go and see the city center at night.

A great trip—you can't go wrong! The guide was friendly and excellent. One of the travelers got hurt after a fall while climbing the hill in Izumal, and the guide took great care of him, applying bandages and assisting him. Note that the trip lasts longer than advertised due to traffic on the way back, so plan for about 11 hours. The trip is an excellent mix : pyramids, cenote and a visit to a town.
