Anthony aka:Tony our tour guide met us at our hotel promptly early in the morning. He greeted us with a smile and explained where we would go for the day, mentioning that it would most likely last 11hours. What we loved ,most is that he geared the tour to please us. He did a great job in doing so. Our day started with a drive to Girona. We made it just in time to go to the Jewish Museum before it closed. Tony then walked us through the Jewish quarter explains the history. He was very knowledgable. He knew exactly what to show us. He also offered to take many pictures, which we took him up on. He took us to a wonderful pastry shop where we enjoyed a local favorite pastry called a Chucho. OMG was it delicious!! Tony knew I was interested in pottery. We were taken to a shop in Girona, where I found very unique ceramics. After leaving Gioron, Tony took us to a small town with many more pottery shops. We saw many beautiful creations. Sadly the Dali museum was closed that day, so instead Tony drove us to Costa Brava. We really wanted to go to Costa brava, so It worked out great. We experienced cold rainy weather. But that didn't stop Tony from showing us everything! The wind and rain made it hard to appreciate the beauty. But, I have to admit the waves were spectacular. We ate at a quaint restaurant on the beach and we learned more about the area from Tony. He also told us what to order lol. Tony then took us to different spots in Costa Brava with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding homes. It was a great day thanks to Tony!!
