Sandra is an excellent tour guide. She is informative and vivacious with fantastic knowledge of the area along with the foods we tasted. She is a calm and engaging presence who made the whole tour thoroughly enjoyable. We tried traditional and more modern Danish food and were left with a greater understanding of the newcomers’ growing influence on the food culture.
