We had Patrick and Sexy Eddie. Both shared a wealth of information about the Island and it's history all throughout the tour. Having the in water pictures of swimming with the turtles, for us, is the big highlight of this experience.
At Grote Knip a lounger is $5 and if you'd like to use the restroom facilities or rinse off each will cost $1. We were mostly in the water so in hindsight probably shouldn't have rented $15 in loungers that we sat in for a matter of minutes.
There's no place that we saw to change after the turtle swim so bring along a sweatshirt or something similar to keep you comfortable on the bus ride back with the AC on. Strongly recommend water shoes as well as the entrance at both beaches is initially very rocky. Water and soda are provided on the bus. Both stops had some vendors and concessions.
Didn't feel like the 10 minute viewing of the flamingos from afar was necessary; having more time at each beach would've been preferred.
Lastly, pictures lead us to believe there are turtles galore but in reality Patrick was able to entice one to hang with our group and a second just occasionally came around. In the entire area there doesn't seem to be more than a half dozen of them at the moment.
