Day 1: Inca Trail - Puerta del Sol - Machu Picchu On the first day we will pick you up from your hotel at 4 a.m. Next, we head to the train station and leave on the 6:10 a.m. train. from Ollantaytambo. This train ride takes one hour and 45 minutes to Km 104, where we will disembark to meet your trekking chef and porters.
