The tour was excellent and guide good.
However I wish to complain that I was I was charged another IR3000 for the guide whereas the original booking said a guide was included.Yo Tours said this figure was for the entrance to the park which was incorrect. I also paid IR 780 for the entrance fee.The guide was only recruited the night before and was freelance.I would be grateful if you could credit me with a refund of IR3000.
I would add that I found Yo Tours very unsatisfactory. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls and didn't even turn up for one tour for which you have already refunded me.
