Opening ceremony of the Christkindlesmarkt

It was a quick tour of the market and it was nice to have a local guide to let you know the ins and out of the place. I know it’s just a market what do you need to know but our guide Hermann did a wonderful job in explaining things about the history of the market from the ancient times to the modern things that are sold in the market. We had an awesome time especially during the opening prologue of the Christ child a must see.

This was my mom and my first time visiting Nuremberg, Germany. It was great having a guide to give us the full history of Nuremberg as well the unique stories behind it's Christmas traditions. This was an overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting for the first time!
