Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island 280 m (920 ft) from Jumeirah Beach and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. The shape of the structure is designed to resemble the sail of a ship. It has a helipad near the roof at a height of 210 m (689 ft) above ground.

We booked a tour to visit Dubai from Abu Dhabi and we were picked up by Rahim. We are very satisfied with this experience with him, he is a very pleasant person, considerate and gives good advice. He knows Abu Dhabi and Dubai very well and gave us interesting directions by accompanying us to each place to visit. Thanks to him, everything was simple and fluid in an immensely extraordinary city.
