Just an outstanding experience. Memphis yours was perfect. the customer service aspects, punctuality, attention to details, great knowledge of our guide Mervat everything was exceptional. our coordinator Ahmed Fathy was outstanding. was available any time i reached out prior to the trip from USA and had planned everything meticulously, professional and exceptional. Our local point of contact in Cairo Mustafa Rafat reached out before we left, assured us that he will be waiting to receive us and was there, assisted us with the visas, travel to the hotel and all the trips from the airport and back when we went to Luxor on early morning and late night hours ..was exceptional. our Guide Mervat Kefafy was so knowledgeable, patient , gracious and kind. she made our trip memorable by going us the right amount of guidance, historical perspectives and time to explore on our own. coordinates our pictures, camel rides just an exceptional guide. Finally our driver Anwer Galal, what a great person. He was outstanding, drove so well in the city's traffic, was waiting for us right on time, always had loads of water for us, when asked for local delicacies stipe sand hot those for us was very very nice. he was incredibly gracious with the kids, attentive to their needs and was exceptional. overall these folks that were part of the team assigned to us from Memphis tours made our experience an incredible one. not only will we recommend you all to our friends and family but if we come back we absolutely we request this team. thank you.

Great tour experience with imad and Ahmed. They both have detailed in depth knowledge of egyptian and antique history so we got a lot of value from them. They were very good at organising lunch, pick up from the hotel and drop off as well as being attentive to our daily needs. We did fayoum, alexandria, Pyramids of giza and sacara so overall a very memorable experience. Not to miss out on the nile river cruise which was a highlight of beautiful cairo

We had a fascinating day in Cairo with our guide Reem Khaled. She was hugely knowledgable and endlessly patient. Good to explore more than the usual Pharoahs and gods. The day was well organised and included the added excitement of Cairo traffic and lunch. Later on our trip to Egypt we traveled with another Memphis Tours guide - Mohamed Khaled. He was equally knowledgeable and good company. Memphis Tours - organisation, guides and drivers highly recommended!

The Tour was great and we are very happy with his service. It was good from the start when Ahmed Ramadam picked us up from the hotel with great punctuality. As my wife first language was not German, he changed quickly to english and continued the whole tour in this language. it was greatly appreciated. Additionally we will have wonderfull memories due to his talent of taking pictures. We thank Ahmed for the nice time.

Very nice trip I enjoyed every second of it. Out guide Yehia Juan El Gizawy was special and made us feel like locals. He explained everything with details and in a very good Spanish. He made the experience so much better for us so we are very grateful for him.
