Everything about this tour was perfect, from the customer service to the tour execution. I was contacted several days before the tour by Alana, who helped create a customized itinerary based on my must-see items and answered all my questions. She also assigned a car that accommodated my luggage and provided airport drop off instead of back to the hotel, which I really appreciated! Alana put me in touch with my tour guide, Fred, a day before the tour. Fred was an amazing and friendly tour guide! He picked me up on time at my hotel lobby and we were off! Fred's English is outstanding and I had no trouble understanding all of the information and stories he provided at each site and during our drives. I thought the pacing of the tour was also very well done. We kept moving while he told me about each location, so there wasn't wasted time standing around. However, it wasn't rushed at all and I had plenty of time to take all the photos I wanted. Our driver (I didn't get his name) was also fantastic. He was already parked and waiting right near the exit of each location when we were done, and he was very courteous and hopped out to open the car door for me at each spot! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see all the top highlights on Nanjing in one day. It was well planned, comfortable, and a very enjoyable experience. This is a great tour to discover the history of Nanjing! The guide told us all about the Chinese revolutions, Confucius' life and philosophy, and many details about each site we visited The overall duration is perfect for a full day of intense walking and learning

Our trip to Nanjing was fantastic!! Our guide Fred was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to adjust the tour on the day to suit our needs and fit in extra sights where there was extra time. We learnt a lot about Nanjing and Chinese history from him!!

We had a nice day tour with John, our guide. He gave a lot of historical insights into each place we visited. He is very knowledgeable and patient with the group (restroom breaks & picture time). We learned a lot from our visit to the Xiaoling Tomb of Ming Dynasty, Nanjing Ming City Wall, Sun Yat Sen Mausoleum & Presidential Palace of Nanjing. He took us to lunch & ordered local cuisine. It was plenty of food and very good. Alana who is the admin desk for the two tours we did was very responsive & professional. She took a quick step to correct an issue for the next day's tour and remained in contact afterwards.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Fred as our tour guide during a one-day layover in Nanjing on our way back to Australia, and he was nothing short of perfect! From start to finish, Fred exceeded all expectations. His English was flawless, and he had a fantastic sense of humor that made the entire experience both informative and fun. Fred crafted the perfect itinerary, ensuring we saw all the main sights of Nanjing in just one day. From the historic highlights to the hidden gems, we felt we got a real taste of China’s rich culture and history. His deep knowledge of the city and its heritage added so much value to the tour, and his friendly personality made us feel completely at ease. Having a personal driver was also such a wonderful touch. Our driver was brilliant—punctual, professional, and so skilled at navigating the city. It made getting around effortless and allowed us to maximize our time at each location without worrying about logistics. We can’t recommend Fred and his tour company highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Thanks to Fred, we’re already planning a return trip to explore more of China. Truly an unforgettable experience!
