My 12 year old son and I recently did the Full-Day Electric bike tour to Versailles with Renault in early January 2025 and had an amazing day. It was one of my son's top 3 highlights from our two week trip to London and Paris. It was cold in January but we were blessed with spectacular weather which definitely helped. Before the tour started, I didn't quite realise that we were actually riding from Paris to Versailles (vs getting the train our and riding around Versailles) but boy am I glad we did. The route Rennault took was beautiful and was the highlight of the day (yes, the ride was better than Versailles itself). As others have said, none of the riding is all that difficult if you are competent on a bike, but it would be challenging if you are not confident as there is some riding on road and cobblestones. But my 12 year old managed the 20km each way with no trouble whatsoever and LOVED the e-bikes. So if you like bike ridinh, want to see parts of Paris you otherwise never would, while having an excuse to pop into Versailles, then this is the tour for you. Thanks Rennault!

Most unique and fun way to see Versailles! It was surprisingly so easy to bike from paris, and along the way we saw the best views with lots of history. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a day trip from paris!!
