It was fun, interactive and very informative. Joseph (tour guide) was exceptional. I was the only client so I had the privilege to have his undivided attention. I saw the city, both old and new. And heard its history, dating all the way back to its inception. But it was by no means some boring history lesson. Far from it. I enjoyed the walks, the sights and the food. I must if you're visiting Mombasa.

An absolute must if visiting Mombasa. Our guide, Antony was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We learnt so much history of Mombasa and Kenya. We were taken to local traders where we could buy goods safely. The wood carving factory, a local tribe, was fascinating, definitely recommend visiting here. You can buy beautiful hand carved items from the shop, I couldn’t believe how cheap. Each item has a number on it which signifies which craftsman made it, he then gets a proportion of the sale. Our driver, Athumani contacted us the day before to confirm pick up time. He was there bang on time. Very welcoming and friendly. A fantastic day, thank you both.
