Theresa was an amazing tour guide for Pompeii! But our driver to the wine tasting/lunch on Mount Vesuvius his name was LORENZO! This guy stole the show. Best tour guide we had while in Italy! This is definitely an excursion you wanna do while in Italy. Ask for Lorenzo for sure to be ur driver for the wine fest. And ask him about his mice! Lol. One of the best tours I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Our tour of Pompeii and wine tasting were wonderful. Our Pompeii guide, Mayna, was so helpful and patient and kept it interesting and engaging for all of us, including an 11-year old. It was only the 3 of us, so turned out to be effectively a private tour. Our drivers, especially Lorenzo, were incredibly friendly. The wine tasting exceeded our expectations. Incredible wine and the food was fantastic. Umberto took care of us incredibly well and they accommodated our food restrictions (one vegetarian and one gluten-free) really well. We had a wonderful time and would do this tour again. Grazie!

We were a mixed family group with one baby and this tour was wonderful. Giuseppe, the owner, was our driver and he was very accommodating, providing a car seat and helping to pack the stroller with us. Our guide in Pompeii was Chiara. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and also very warm with our group. She helped us navigate the stroller around Pompeii without skipping a beat. Finally, our tour of the vineyard and tasting/lunch at Sorrentino winery was the perfect way to wind down our day. The wines were delicious, the food was good, and we even met the owner of the winery. Visiting Pompeii in the winter worked out really well for us. It did sprinkle at the end of our time in Pompeii, but there weren’t the crowds typical in the summer and we could explore without feeling constricted at all. Highly recommend!

An experience I will never forget

My best friend and I were looking for a wine tasting to do while we were in Italy and I think we hit the jackpot when we signed up for this experience. The tour guide at the ruins was super friendly and informative. She made the tour fun and educational. Then our driver to the winery made us feel so at home. You could tell he really cared about us having a nice, relaxing time. The winery was exquisite. Due to the season, the grapes were not on the bushes, but the views were still amazing. You get a full 360 view of the volcano, the mountain range, and the ocean. It was breathtaking. The service in the winery was also perfect. They brought out a variety of different wines and food courses (all of which tasted amazing). This was an experience I will never forget and I hope that one day I can come back and do it again.

Enjoyed the tour with my wife! Francesca our guide was extremely knowledgeable and great at story telling! We were charmed by the sights and the story telling really helped us better appreciate what we were viewing.
