We have just returned from a one day Lan Ha tour. We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi bright and early and ended up having a whole mini coach to ourselves. They took us straight to the boat in Cat Ba. The guide was so friendly and informative. He dealt with some worried kayakers with such calm especially when one fell in. The lunch was plentiful and delicious. We all had such a wonderful day. Thanks Ryan and team.

Booked the day before, they arranged a car pickup, in my case just for me, which took me all the way to the port, a n hour away or so. Tour guides English was perfect. Expect a whistle stop tour but in the best way, I had time to relax, kayak, enjoy views, take in the scenery with a beer on a pier and lunch included. Fantastic experience that I chose over ha long bay as a less touristy option

The experience was amazing, the food on the boat was great, and we had a great time. They picked us up on time at our hotel and dropped us off at the end of the day. After some of the negative reviews I was a little skeptical but I'm glad I booked it anyway, the bay is one of the most beautiful things I've seen and this tour was just right for us. The transitions sometimes can be a bit tricky, but they work with you and you have people to call if you're confused about anything. Tony, our guide was delightful and we had a great day.

The service was perfect from start to finish. Booking is easy, they're super friendly and super responsive, answering your questions very quickly. We did the one-day activity in Lan Ha Bay. Small group, no big industry with a huge boat, nice guide, nickel pick up with waiting time quite acceptable for Vietnam. Highly recommend. We also made the trip from Cat Ba to Ninh Binh and were very kind to change the time a few days before and drop off at the hotel further from the area for three times nothing. Choose them with your eyes closed

Worked our way through all the possibilities trying to find a tour without the need to spend a night on a boat. This one matched everything we desired. Collected by limousine in Hanoi taken to the ferry. Met by another limmo in Cat Ba. Taken to office then collected other guests around Cat Ba. Taken to authentic boat with 16 people from around the world. Sailed on time.kayaking a fantastic experience. Lunch on the boat ( thanks to captain's wife) 5 star. Swimming time off the boat,visit to fish farm where our guide, whose father has a fish farm,imparted knowledge that was much more than tour guide waffle. Guests all mingled and shared stories,even with two 70 plus pensioners. Met by taxi at the dock and transported back to ferry where return limmo was waiting to take us back to Hanoi. Spectacular day,great guide and throughout exemplary communication, from the company. Can't imagine a better value tour.
