Gora Park opened to public in 1914 and it’s a French styled landscape park featuring a large fountain and a rose garden. It has two greenhouses, one housing a tropical botanical garden while the other contains a flower garden. Additionally, there is a restaurant overlooking the main fountain, as well as the Hakuun-do Chaen teahouse. There is a workshop where you can take part in craft activities such as glass blowing, glass etching, pottery and dried flower arrangement.

Maz is a very experienced and knowledgeable driver, very helpful und supportive to get the maximum out of this trip. The trip is not cheap, but having your own car (instead of a large group in a bus) and a private travel guide with you is worth the investment. This trip is unforgettable! Highly recommended!
Hakone and Mt. Fuji Day Trip with Private Vehicle

Waseem was an exceptional guide for our Hakone and Mt. Fuji tour! His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he shared fascinating stories and historical insights throughout the trip. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from Lake Ashi. Waseem made sure we had the best vantage points and took plenty of photos for us. He was also very accommodating and patient, answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend Waseem to anyone visiting Hakone and Mt. Fuji.

Our driver, Waseem was great. He was punctual, very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We did not see Fuji because of cloud cover, but it was a delightful day!
