Half Day Hawke’s Bay wine tour

Great tour and Kirsty our guide was very friendly, great fun and knowledgeable about both the wineries and the area. Good mix of wineries with different histories and a good selection of wine to taste.

Wonderful wine tour

We went on a wine tour with John a number of years ago and this time opted for the Ultimate Wine Tour - this was a fantastic day. The visit around Church Road was excellent with food and matching food sampling of their reserve collection at the end - just stunning! Then onto Te Awa and Trinity Hill - both very different places with good variety of wines. We were the only two people on the tour that day - I worried slightly about this as part of the fun of a wine tour is meeting new people - but John is such a wonderful guide and so easy to chat to. Great door to door service, All the servers at the cellar doors were chatty and informative. Great wine tour of beautiful Hawkes Bay - would definitely recommend.

Our tour guide John was fantastic. He took the time to show us art-deco style buildings on route to the wineries, and gave us a mini tour of the city upon our return. We visited three wineries and at one were given some snacks to demonstrate matching wines with food. We can thoroughly recommend this tour.
