We went for a guide who was Anas and our driver was Muhammed. Our guide was great and our driver was very smooth and gentle. We had been on some other trips where the driver had sped over the bumps, but our ride was so comfortable. When booking, make sure to book our tickets for the garden as they go quickly and are apparently only valid for entry for 30 minutes after your booked time (you can stay inside longer but your entry timeframe is limited). So leave enough time for travel if you need to as well. Anas changed our itinerary so the garden was at the end as I was not able to get an earlier ticket when I was booking. There is a lot of walking in the souks and steps up and down in the palace so be prepared. My father uses a walking stick for support but still managed to go through, just needed a few breaks or sit every now and then. Also, make sure to keep an eye out when walking as there are cars, motorcycles, bikes, etc all weaving in and out so you need to make sure to be alert. Having a guide was good as there were a few people who were on their own who had asked our guide for directions as they were lost. In the souks, you stop at an organic Argon oil cooperative with other products as well. It is expensive so make sure to bring either enough cash or your card or a mixture if you need. Overall, had a great day and would definitely recommend a private tour with guide.

We absolutely loved this tour. We are kicking ourselves for not remembering his name. We got lost trying to find our meeting point we picked (our fault for going to the wrong place) . He was very accommodating despite our own confusion. He was very knowledgeable and we had great conversations about Morocco and our home country. Genuine people showing this beautiful city. Best way to do it !

Abdelfatah was a fantastic guide, a fountain of knowledge that brought to life this tour, He saved us time queuing at the gardens and palace by knowing how the systems work that enabled us to benefit from more time at these and other points of interest during the tour. A really enjoyable morning and now feel enriched with some information about this fantastic city.

Our guide and driver arrived promptly and were welcoming and friendly. Abdelfatah was our guide and I highly recommend him. He was wonderful, flexible in accommodating our needs and knowledgable. He put us at ease and we were so grateful to him for making us feel safe in the souks. He totally looked after us and made sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. We loved this tour and learned so much about Marrakesh. We would definitely recommend this private tour and Abdelfatah - when we return we will definitely like him to be our guide again and cannot thank him enough for his generosity with his time and his patience. Highly recommend.

This is a great experience to see some fantastic places with the knowledge of a local guide. We also got to wall through the market (which had we gone alone definitely would have got lost!) Mo was a fantastic guide. Ready to answer all our questions and let us do everything at our own pace!
