Hatha Yoga session is the perfect complement to your holidays, and will for sure help reaching flexibility in your movements. The duration is 1,15 hr and the Outdoor location (Los Pocillos playa) is a perfect place to enjoy the cozy and invigorating place in front of the beach, we are in front of the sea, to breath clean Prana and take your mind off for a while. in the price are included: mats and blocks. Hatha Yoga session, breathing and relaxation surrounded the volcanoes and ocean, for enjoy the energy and the elements of nature It means rediscovering our physical rhymth, recovering our health, getting rid of the stress and awakening our habilities. All this can be done through a conexion with our inward world, as with Yoga Hatha we heal our body.

OUTDOOR POINT: when you are at Plaza de Las Naciones, you will see the sea in front of you. just walk a bit, before arriving on the sand, turn to the left and you will see me and my mats protected by a corner. INDOOR POINT: I have a room inside the Costa Volcan Apartment to Calle la Graciosa 5, Puerto del Carmen, if you do not find it on the map, please write me, I will be happy to give you the point by Whatsapp

Barbara was a great yoga teacher. She explained what the poses were for and the benefits. As it was new years eve, she also put out intentions for us to use for the new year. As I was visiting Playa del Carmen, she had a mats for those of us without them. The directions to the place on the beach was accurate. It was a great experience. I will do this yoga again the next time I visit.

Lovely yoga class, beautiful setting and so well explained , we appreciated Danielle explaining the poses to us in English , and the class itself was excellent, beautiful start to the day. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a yoga class in the outdoors in beautiful setting

This was my second practice on holiday, as first made me feel so good. ! Barbara covered breathe work today, and a full body stretch out, with a mindful meditation at end. Great class and everyone was so friendly, which makes a great start to the day in the sun! I would highly recommend this class! I’ll be back soon! Thank you.
