Overview

Ellingsøy ViewPoint Giske Beach Giske marble Church Alnes Lighthouse including cake and coffee / tea Viewpoint Fjellstua on mountain Aksla This is our half-day trip to some of the islands surrounding Ålesund. We include Fjellstua Aksla Viewpoint as well. Finally, we take you for a city sight-seeing before we return to the starting point of the trip. This trip is not available Mondays in the winter season. Alnes Lighthose may be closed some days in the winter season.

    Ellingsøy Viewpoint by the sea We stop in between 2 subsea tunnels to look against the City center of Ålesund.

  • Giske Municipality

    Giske Beach We love to show you these beautiful beaches at Giske Island. Giske Island had many vikings before. The famous Norwegian band AHA recorded their latest album where we are stopping.

  • Giske Kirke

    We stop at Giske Church, the old marble church A guide will show you the church

    15 minutes

  • Alnes Lighthouse

    The main stop on our trip. We include cake and coffee / tea in the trip There is a cafeteria available. And restrooms. Don't forget to visit the lighthouse behind the cafeteria. On windy days, the waves can be sooo big.

    40 minutes

  • Fjellstua Viewpoint

    Overlook Ålesund city from above. Millions of photos have been taken from this famous viewpoint.

    20 minutes

  • Alesund (Pass By)

    Finally, we drive around Ålesund city center for a sightseeing. We will also drive by the Ålesund Cathedral, Ålesund Church.
