  • Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind

    The ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. Their five-story structures of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trellis work and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.

    Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by his descendant Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles finds it's ultimate expression.

Our Guides were Surindar Singh and Kasana. Our driver was Mr Dildar. Our tours were not rushed. Day1 we saw Jantar Mantar & City Palace with Surindar who was very knowledgeable. Day2 was with Kasana, who was very knowledgeable and had lots of history snippets to keep us engaged, he entertained us with his sense of humour. Between the driver and him, they organised a surprise for our wedding anniversary which made our day. He is great at communicating in English and in Hindi.

Exceptional Jaipur Experience!

Jaipur Traveling gave me an exceptional private Jaipur tour. The guide, Pushpendra, was incredibly knowledgeable about the city's rich history and culture. The driver, Raj, is experienced, safety-focused, and very honest. Raj rode on his motorbike in the night through flooded streets to return my cell phone left in the car! Because of these folks, I enjoyed Jaipur's iconic landmarks, delicious local cuisine, and high-quality shopping. Fantastic Day Tour of Jaipur. The company upgraded us to a large SUV with a fantastic driver. Our Tour Guide (Vikaram) was exceptionally good. Definitely request him. He has vast knowledge of the history of Jaipur and helped navigate us past all the queues to enter the various places of interest. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and especially the Guide.

It's a really wonderful experience for a family trip in Jaipur starting from pickup from the Hotel, till drop back. The personalised support of Vikram Rathod (Tour Guide) and expert navigation of Randenther (Driver) are highly commendable. Especially the photographic skills of Vikram stands apart.
