Oh my gosh...where to start. We were chatting to a couple at our hotel on Wednesday afternoon and they said "Have you done the Jeep Safari?" we said we hadn't and they told us "Don't go home without doing it!" They wouldn't say anything more, other that it was an experience. Intriguing. We booked it for the next day. We were apprehensive, it seemed SO cheap (we paid £29 for two people) had we booked the wrong thing? We received our confirmation that we'd be picked up at 8.30am on the Thursday. Sure enough, we got picked up on the dot, The jeep was packed and we had to sit in the two front seats with the driver, everyone else was laughing at us "not going to be a comfortable day" we thought. A quick drive to the main office to meet up the rest of the group (there were 8 jeeps on our tour) an opportunity to buy a face covering (the driver suggested we'd need it) and then a safety talk from Johnny Cash?!? and then it all began. I'm not going to ruin it all for you, but what followed were eight amazing, high octane, wet, dirty, hilarious, breath taking hours. Eight hours of my life that I'll never forget, for a multitude of reasons. All I'll say is that the two worst seats at the very start of the day, turned out to be (arguably) the two best "seats" for the day. There is some up selling to include the pirate ship cruise and swim (unmissable!) and the option for picture and drone footage throughout filled memory stick (the pictures and video are incredible) but so what?! You're on holiday...do it!
BOOK THIS TOUR!!! You will not regret it
