The first place in our tour is Maroaga Cave, a sandstone formation located in the heart of the Amazon Jungle, to reach that place you will accompany by a local guide who going to show you and explain the area to you. Once you get there, you can take pictures but do not go too far into the cave. A jungle walking in the forest where you will need to wear walking shoes or tennis shoes.

Turismo na Amazonia - Gruta da Judeia

After Maroaga cave you will walk on the same path you will discover another amazing place where the water falls between the rocks and forms a natural swimming pool where you can have a short shower and refresh yourself. After this section, we will do the walking back to the entrance, the itinerary takes 2:30 with Maroaga and Judeia Cave.

A rapid located in the city of President Figueiredo is the place where many restaurants are located and this is also a place where you can see the city`s monument with an indigenous warrior in front of the rapid, lunch is included in the tour served by local dishes

Cachoeira de Iracema

After visiting Urubui and having lunch, we will go by car on a 20 minutes trip to Iracema falls, an amazing place where you can see a beautiful waterfall and a nice natural swimming area where you can refresh yourself, around 3:30 pm we will start the trip back to Manaus, for this part of the tour you can bring a swimming suit to enjoy and also walk through the sandstone caves with a local guide.

Arrival in Manaus around 5:30 pm and the tourist will be dropped in their hotels in Manaus.

Great day to see the caves, waterfalls and jungle

It was a great day. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the local area along with Brazil as a country. We discussed economy, education, industry and environment. It was great to learn more about the country from a local. Highly recommend this tour.

Awesome waterfalls

The waterfalls and jungle tour were excellent even though because of the dry season the waterfalls were low. Our guide and driver, Daniel was wonderful and very informative, helpful and a safe driver.

Great waterfall and hiking experience!

Glauco was our driver and tour guide. He spoke English for me, as I do not speak Portuguese, and was extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Glauco was flexible with our plans, stopping for coffee and bathroom along the way. The hiking trail was great - just challenging enough. It poured rain for about 90 mins out of the day so be prepared to get wet. I brought waterproof hiking boots and a light rain jacket, while hot, they worked well, the water in some spots was about 2 feet deep so water still came in from the top. Lunch was delicious and complimentary and we bought a beer. The swimming is at the last stop and the water was clean and very refreshing. This is an all day adventure so get your rest in the night before!

It was a private tour of the Amazon jungle, caves and waterfalls. We felt well taken care of and had a wonderful day exploring! Bonus: the lunch was absolutely incredible!

We had an awesome day with our guide who shared a wealth of knowledge about the flora and fauna waters and people of this beautiful area.walking through the jungle watching and listening for wildlife standing under majestic waterfalls are moments we will treasure forever.Only sad we didn’t have more time as Presidente Figueredo and surrounds has much more beauty to see and experience My daughter and I would like to thank all who made our visit so memorable
