Overview

A true sailing experience through the Whitsunday Islands on board the rare Australian classic yacht Lady Enid for adults only. Become involved as much or as little as you like, help set the sails, take a turn at the helm or lean back and relax and enjoy the uninterrupted beauty of the Whitsunday Islands. This high end tour is barefoot luxury at it's best, sailing to one of the world’s best beaches, Whitehaven Beach and visiting Hill Inlet, swimming in the crystal clear waters of Betty's Beach at Whitehaven and snorkeling the island reefs, will certainly ensure beautiful memories are made. Your crew will welcome you as their guest, not just a passenger and with only a maximum of 24 guests and up to four crew at your service, you will want for nothing more. The delectable meals are certainly a feature of this experience, including morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea. We sail back to port into the sunset while a glass of sparkling wine and antipasto is served.

Meeting points

If you have nominated an address between Cannonvale and Jubilee Pocket we will confirm with you your pick up time prior to your sail. If you are making your own way to Coral Sea Marina, South Village please be there by 7.40am waiting at the Garden Bar Bistro on the carpark side.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • A reasonable amount of mobility is required if you would like to get off the yacht and walk to Hill Inlet. To get into the dinghy (small boat that takes you to the Island) a small ladder is used.
  • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
  • Minimum age is 18 years
  • Please provide your correct contact number and email address while in Airlie Beach, if we do not have your number we cannot contact you.
  • Transfers: Please ensure you are waiting at your location on time. If you are not there at the time specified you may miss the transfer therefore the tour, a refund will not be granted because you missed the tour. We have to be very strict on this aspect as it ensures the enjoyment of others including a reasonable amount of time on the beach and snorkeling.
  • We will need your email address so we can send you our snorkelling waiver form.

Splendid Sunset Cruise!

Wonderful sunset cruise aboard Lady Enid in Airlie Beach. From the moment we stepped aboard we felt so confident & comfortable with Skipper Rob & his fabulous crew! Such a memorable evening watching the sun set with nibbles & an aperol spritz. Just a perfect way to spend a couple of hours.

My partner and I did this trip for Valentine’s Day and it was the most spectacular experience ever. The skipper, Jasmine,Niko and Charlotte were extremely accomodating from the moment we arrived to the boat. We were greeted immediately with coffee and scones before heading on our tour. The skipper and crew were so attentive and provided so much knowledge and history about the Whitsundays. The weather was perfect, we stopped for an hour of snorkelling before having lunch and sailing to Whitehaven where we saw the most spectacular views, stunning beaches, beautiful history and wildlife. We set sail home with some fruit platters and sailed into the sunset with drinks and a grazing board back into Airlie. I could not recommend lady Enid and the crew more! Specially this trip, we will definitely be recommending them to everyone and sailing with them again soon!

Lovely day out

We had a lovely day out on the Lady Enid. It definitely felt like a more premium trip with the little touches like cappuccino when boarding in the morning, scones with cream and fizz with cheese board on the way back watching the sunset. Whitehaven was just breath taking and the snorkelling was good but not the best we have done, I did see a turtle though! Please note that if you want any soft drinks or beers etc that this is charged on the boat.

This is a must do when visiting Airlie Beach, Pete, Jasmine & Chris were the perfect hosts & despite the choppy start (they’re not responsible for the weather) they made an absolutely fantastic experience. Their knowledge of the Whitsundays, Whitehaven Beach & the surrounds were valuable & made the trip more interesting. The refreshments, scones brownies & delicious lunch were perfect too. Thank you.. I will certainly do this trip again, next time I return to Australia. The sailing boat & its history was very good too.
