Great Museum in Downtown Vegas

Really nice small museum just past downtown Las Vegas. Even though the place is a little on the small side, they had a very impressive Egyptian display. My wife and I really liked the shark tank with live sharks swimming around. Really cool place. Thank you!

History and knowlege comes together

Its a great way to learn histy from the stone age. We had a chance to talk with the paleontologist.It was there extracting a cast of a dinosaur leg.Very fascinated.The man is very very well educated for his field. It's not just dinosaurs but a lot of other animals and animals that roamed earth back long ago.

We like to go during Science is Everywhere week when they have -ologists there and you can ask them questions about their field. (Biologists, Paleontologists, Archeologists. . .)

Great museum and very educational.

I learned that some of the follicles in the museum were found in the Las Vegas mountains. People who have homes in the mountains find skeletons all the time. Learned things I weren't aware of. Enjoyed the tour immensely with my grandson.
