Animal appearances depend on various factors such as weather, time of year, breeding season, luck etc. Any animals that you see in captivity in the sanctuary are injured or orphaned rescue animals that would otherwise not survive in the wild. Therefore they are kept in the sanctuary. As per US government regulations these animals are taken care of in Florida wide sanctuaries to educate the public. The welfare of the animals is properly controlled and regulated by the State of Florida. Thank you for your understanding.

Great day out in the Everglades

Great tour very well organised from the bus picking us up and Armando driving to the information we gained on the air boat ride and information about the eco system then the bonus of seeing a wild alligator sunning itself - the show was brilliant and the wrangler was both very funny and knowledgeable. The food was good and it was great to get the opportunity to hold a baby alligator for a very reasonable fee. We both thoroughly enjoyed the trip thank you

The Everglades has been on my bucket list for a few years, and it didn’t disappoint, it was fantastic. The gator show was brilliant, and the airboat was awesome going through the Everglades & we spotted 2 gators too !
