The 6 day tour was absolutely fantastic. The rides were perfectly challenging with stunning views; the hotels / B&Bs were excellent; the equipment in great condition; and Marco and the team were amazing in their attention and support. Couldn’t more highly recommend Gusto Cycling

Fantastic guide and experience cycling through rolling orchards, vineyards and the hilltop village of Montecarlo. Great way to see the countryside and perfect quiet roads for biking. Lunch at Il poggio also memorable!

This was a huge high point of our trip and certainly a challenge. We are glad we opted for the e-bike. We enjoyed pedalling through the Tuscan countryside and the dramatic climb to the charming village of Monte Carlo and especially the trip to the wonderful winery to sample six types of wine. All in it was 37 km. We felt very proud of ourselves and it made for a wonderful trip. It’s probably best to get on a bike a few times before you go. Our bums hurt a bit from not having ridden for a while. Massimo, our guide, was knowledgeable and a great guy.

I'm actually a travel agent who booked this tour for my clients. I hadn't worked with Gusto Cycling before, so I was a litttle hesitant. However, the tour they offered was exactly what my clients were looking for and their reviews were excellent. My clients decided they were game and so I booked the tour on their behalf. Marco was extremely helpful throughout the whole booking process. His professionalism reassured me and my clients that this was going to be a great experience. The ability to add some custom touches to the tour (spot for lunch, ebikes, etc.) was appreciated. And then on the day of the tour it rained! Heavily. Time for Plan B. And this is where Gusto Cycling's expertise shone through. They pivoted swiftly to provide a tour of several spots in Tucany for my clients, keeping me informed of what was happening. At the end of the day, my clients' feedback to me was very positive. I'm sure they'll write their own rave review about their experience. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Gusto Cycling and look forward to the next opportunity to work with them.

Had a wonderful ride. We arranged this before heading to Italy and our communication with Marco was excellent. The bikes were perfect for our heights and in good condition. We were able to walk to our meeting point, which meant we had to ride on city roads to get out of town. It wasn’t long til we were on country roads. We passed a kiwi grove, eucalyptus trees and many fragrant flowering bushes. Seeing the countryside on a bike was a welcome change from the car. Our guide, Massimo, led us and gave the option of riding by a river on paths. He gave us info along the way and was a great guide. We rode up to Montecarlo, which provided beautiful views. Although the trip was considered “mostly flat”, I was sadly physically challenged. I would get the e-bike next time! My husband is an avid cyclist and had no problem, but the rest of us wished we would have upgraded to the e-bike. Massimo was kind enough to push me up part of the hill! The lunch/wine stop was beautiful and we had great food and service. Marco and his wife met us at the completion of our ride. The experience was perfect for our self-planned tour of Tuscany. I recommend Gusto and highly recommend getting an e-bike!
