Floating 2,000-5,000 feet over the desert in a hot air balloon, the 360 degree unobstructed views and peacefulness of flight is breathtaking. Following your 45-60 minute hot air balloon flight, guests are treated to chilled champagne and a continental breakfast in the heart of the desert, the perfect start to the day.

Please enter through the main entrance to the Marana Airport off of Avra Valley Road. Our parking area is just inside the main entrance of the airport on the left hand side. Our vehicles say “Hot Air Expeditions” on the side so you can be sure you have found the right place.

A great flight

We had an wonderful experience. So professional, safe, informed and fun. Incredible sunrise over the mountains. Jonathan was a great pilot and so enhanced the morning. Perfect landing followed by champagne, some ballooning history (Montgolfier brothers), and good banter. Totally recommend.
