Overview

Are you an animal lover? Or are you traveling with your family, especially with kids? This is a tour you shouldn't miss out. First, you will enjoy the magnificent building of Lanyang Museum and have a deeper recognition of the building concept behind. After learning the historical background of Yilan, we will set off to Wushi Harbor where you can wander around and find local seafood restaurants to dine in the fresh delicacy. Next, it's time to spend time at the most important attraction of this tour, Zhang Mei Ama Farm. Before going to the night market, taking a walk at Luodong Forestry Culture Park. Lastly, take a bite of the local delicacy at Luodong Night Market and try out the taste of Yilan. Kindly inform that this is a join in tour where you can meet new friends and travel with them. The tour duration may differ based on the traffic of the moment.

    Renowned for its beautiful coastal scenery and vibrant marine activities. The harbor plays a dual role as both a traditional fishing hub and a popular tourist destination, especially for water sports enthusiasts and visitors seeking fresh seafood. One of the key attractions of Wushi Fishing Harbor is its whale and dolphin-watching tours, where visitors can embark on boat trips to observe marine life up close during Spring and Summer season. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the fresh delicate seafood at the harbor's restaurant.

    Zhang Mei Ama Farm is now one of the most popular farms in Taiwan due to its cute and diverse of animals from capybara, llama and more. Come enjoy feeding and interacting with them directly!

    Dine in at the delicious food stands in Luodong Night Market. Here you can find the dishes that are especially from Yilan, such as pok-bah（卜肉）, smoked Duck or so called Ya Shang（鴨賞）and more! Don't miss the chance to try them because it will be quite hard to find them once you're back to Taipei!

It was the perfect route to explore and experience Yilan like a local! The exterior of the Lanyang Museum was beautiful, and feeding the farm animals, especially the capybaras, was a lovely experience. I highly recommend it if you are a solo traveler!
