    - Check-in at the Coral Sea Marina North End - Meeting Point B at 7:30am. - Tour departs from the Coral Sea Marina at 8:00am sharp. - Travel by high speed catamaran to first Outer Reef Snorkel site, arriving at 9:45am, while taking in the beautiful scenery of the Whitsunday Islands and morning tea. - Safety briefing conducted at the first Outer Reef site - 9:45am to 10:00am. - In water activities at first Outer Reef site 10:00am - 11:30am. - Depart for second Outer Reef site. - Arrive at second Outer Reef site 12:00pm. - Explore second Outer Reef site 12:00pm - 2:00pm. - Lunch served 12:30pm - 1:15pm. - Depart Outer Reef for the Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach 2:00pm. - Kick back and relax on the return journey to Airlie Beach, taking in the beautiful scenery of the Whitsunday Islands with a tasty beverage from our fully licensed bar 2:15pm to 4:00pm. - Return to the Coral Sea Marina at 4pm.

For travellers who cannot swim, the skipper reserves the right to, and may refuse snorkelling in the open water due to safety reasons. We do have an alternative tour, Thundercat, experience Whitsunday Island and Whitehaven Beach along with 2 snorkels near to Hook Island which is suitable for those less confident in the water.
  • In the event of inclement weather where it is deemed unsafe to travel to the outer reef, rest assured that we’ll still deliver an exceptional experience by taking you to the inner reef within the picturesque Whitsunday Islands.

Skipper & crew were the best, they had a lot of information about the reefs. Get the float vest at the start before leaving the dock. Even if your a good swimmer this makes floating around the reefs so much easier. We didn't regret paying for this experience.

Perfect day !!!! This trip was exceptional - reef was beautiful, conditions exceptional… and staff were just brilliant - massive thanks to Reece, Micca, Jamie and Jade (?) all were so lovely. Jade - so sorry if I’ve got the wrong name - was so gracious with her time sharing cool facts and info ! I did see the sleeping giant :) and the day was one we will never forget. And enjoyed the turtles and exceptional reef.

Was a great experience. The crew are lovely, so friendly and looked after us really well. Because of tides we could only do one snorkel on the outer reef but went to a fringing reef near an island full of fish! Very professional and good at adapting!

Great day out, family of 4. Both girls aged 9 and 14 loved it. The crew, Reece, Jo, Jaime and Kurt were loads of fun, super experienced, helpful, safety conscious and friendly - lots of banter and laughs. Food was lovely, equipment clean and in good order. Coral was amazing, healthy and loads of life! Best we’ve seen (been snorkelling in various locations in Oz and internationally). Would highly recommend for a great day out if snorkelling is your thing! Thanks crew

Incredible tour with Red Cap, tour guides KP and Sav, they were so fun and made the experience worth every minute. So fun and full of energy, made the trip worth every penny. I was a solo traveller and they looked after me, had an amazing boat ride and snorkelling experience, great knowledge of the islands and sealife. Highly recommend and can only wish you have KP and Sav on your tour!
