Enroute to this seaside village pass, you travel along the winding coastal highway of the Lighthouse Route to the tiny fishing village of Peggy’s Cove, it is little wonder it has been an inspiration for artists and an irresistible lure for budding and seasoned adventurers for generation after generation. Very informative

The guide bob was great. We bought his book Atlantic last stop and he was very good at telling stories about Halifax. He narrated the trip going out to Peggy’s cove and then back. I would highly recommend this excursion. The trip was right on time and we made it back to our ship with plenty on time to spare!

Great experience! Will be back. Car is definitely needed to explore more of Halifax. Waterfront, food, and the city is rich with history.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed the tour. We ate Lobster rolls at Peggy’ Cove. Yummy. It was a beautiful day. Group was not to big. Comfortable bus and drive.

Enjoyed the time at Peggy’s cove Very informative guide. What it lacked was location directions Could have easily said it meets outside the Maritime Museum and that would of made life easier If you are on a cruise line, it’s about a 15-20 minute walked down the pier

Worth doing while in Halifax

Karl was our guide and Jojo was our driver. We were in Halifax on September 15th as a stop during a cruise. We were very happy the day was nice. The last time we visited it was raining and we didn't get to do take too many outdoor photos. It was nice to hear some history of Halifax and see the sites on a clear day. Karl provided a lot of information since he was from the area. Jojo ensured we made it back on schedule despite some of our fellow tourists not making it back to the bus at the scheduled time. Peggy's Cove is a must see while in Halifax and I look forward to returning ND seeing other sites. Definetly recommend this tour. I would just go directly to the booth and save a little money compared to purchasing on Viator.
