Itinerary

  • Petra

    Will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Shiek via a modern air-conditioned Bus to Taba port, taking a ferry boat to Aqaba port. Then will pick you up from Aqaba Port by the cruise exit door. After that, you will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle for about 1.5 hours to the rose-red city in Petra, a must-see in the Middle East. Upon arrival at the Visitor’s Centre start on horseback or on foot to the Siq, a narrow gorge, and continue to the beautiful Treasury. From there you will be walked along the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, and Qasr Al Bent. After your day tour, you will sail back from Aqaba Port to Taba port then you will be transferred to your hotel in Sharm El Shiek.

Very happy about this experience

I was very happy to take part in this tour. Our guide on the bus until the port in Egypt was not very nice and only spoke Russian, but in Jordan we had a guide for Petra and he was very nice. On the way to Jordan there were waves so the boat was moving a lot and I was very sick, bring motion sickness medicine although the way back was very calm. Petra was amazing, we had 4 hours there, 2 with the guide and 2 on our own.

Amazing tour of an amazing site

The company offers Russian and English speaking tour guides. We were with the English speaking tour guide and he was really informative at Petra and along the coach journey. The journey takes a long time being about 9 hours each way, consisting of 2 coach journeys and a boat ride across the sea to Jordan. All of the transfers were completely handled by the company and they provided all forms and tickets needed to make the journey nice and easy. At Petra the entry was payed for and the tour guide took us down to the Treasury and round to the Amphitheatre. Our guide provided a lot of insight into different parts of Petra as we made our way down and then we had an hour and a half of free time to look around the site and take our own photos after the guided tour. After visiting Petra we went to a Restaurant in the nearby town where the meal was pre paid and only drinks were extra. Couldn't recommend more for the price and it was one of the best experiences I have had on holiday.

A definite 5 star excursion

Definitely worth the money. Petra is amazing and surpassed my expectations. Our local guide was very informative and proud of his country. Definitely pack a coat though as it can get quite chilly on the night ferry.
