    The tour starts with the Crosstown Pizza Walking Tour which includes well-known and the oldest pizzeria place in America-Litlle Italy with the hundred of different restaurants where you can order the pizza slices, burgers, pasta and all of the Italian food samples that were brought by Italian emigrants in early 1900s. On this part of the tour, we will also pass through the neighbouring Greenwich Village with amazing pizzerias such as Blecker Street Pizza. When you just come in it feels like the café survived the Koch Administration, however, the decorations can tell you nothing about the pizza quality they cook here. When the pizza arrives you will have a thought that it is the basic New York pizza, nothing special, thin, wide-brimmed with the cheese and tomato sauce. But after the first bite, you will understand your miscalculation since the taste is close to the perfect pizza where the complex texture, light, even delicate crust which gives you the long aftertaste. We learned a lot of fun and interesting local history about the makeup of NYC while finding out where some great neighborhood pizza places are--with some of their history as well. Local filming locations were included for a variety of TV and movies. We met some of the owners of establishments too. We covered a lot of ground, which I personally enjoyed, getting to see a lot of the everyday neighborhoods outside of the hustle and bustle of Times Square.
